Morlais, meaning ‘Voice of the Sea’ was built in the 1950’s as a beach house. Over the years the conservatory and the rear bedroom, bathroom and lobby have been added. The garage, shed and summer house are more recent additions. The deck was constructed in 2009.
The current buildings are in a Conservation Area which means that any further development and/or improvements are strictly regulated by the authorities.
